CEF offers best-practices program activities that directly impact the lives of adolescents ages 13 through 18 who are at high risk of harm to themselves or others, and those youth who would otherwise return to detention centers. CEF teaches relationship skills proven to be effective in the deterring juvenile delinquent behavior and antisocial conduct. Youth and their families learn to develop positive attitudes and to resolve conflict effectively and with respect.
CEF young adult program also trains peers and mentors to reinforce healthy life skills for youth. CEF develops leaders to empower others.
